Diane Daly is a vocalist of moody contrasts and evocative depth – certainly one who cannot be easily pigeonholed into one particular style. From an early age, Diane has been exploring a world of music from the strictest classical solos to avant-garde cabaret. After returning to the D.C. area in 2002, Diane revived her love of jazz vocals through the Elliston Music Studio and found a new musical voice. She’s been performing in local clubs, restaurants and festivals, and a few overseas, ever since. In 2006 she released her debut album I Ain’t Blue on the Backstreet Records label.
